Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the official MOZA Racing website or email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original factory packaging, including all cables, mounting hardware, and manuals to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Ship the Product
Affix your RMA label clearly on the exterior of the box and ship the package using a trackable carrier service to the designated service center address provided.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
